Long time ago…

During my childhood, I had never met bullied because my brother was so good at karate to protect
me. That is not to say I was bullying but I have a lot of friends and have fun during student
life. However, looking at the world around, there are many children who commit suicide because
of being bullied. As a father with kids, I can not stop thinking about how to stop bullying. If
your kids are bullied, you surely may want to do something.

Explanation of each Class

Kids Kindergarden kids and over the 3 years old
Junior Elementary Student
Adult Adults (junior high school age and over)
Regular Regular class is a practice of ordinary karate. The regular class also does kumite, but it is a
kumite of the degree of break-in.
Light Light class is a class where you can relax and practice karate. Light class will do kumite, but
only promised kumite that limits what you can do in advance.
Sparring Sparring class is a little intense It will be a class specializing in kumite with punch and kick.
All classes above require wearing a dogi
KARATE Exersize The karate exercise class is a true exercise class based on karate movements. Kumite is not done.
